Work-Life-Balance - Keep the balance
I'm sure you're familiar with such situations: You are overwhelmed with your work (often even despite or because of overtime!) and then the household is added to this. Recently, people have been talking a lot about the compatibility of work and family.
The idea of how to reconcile the two was first conceived in Britain in the late 1970s and early 1980s. People demanded a separation of the private and professional spheres. Employers noted that an exhausted employee was neither creative nor particularly committed.
Here are some rules that will help you to maintain harmony in these two important areas of your life - professionally and privately.
1. Set priorities. Not all matters are equally urgent - some may be waiting. Think about which tasks are most important at the moment.
2. Find a hobby! This way you can switch off, occupy your body and mind in a different way, reduce stress and rest. And by the way ... you will have a lot of fun with it!
3. Learn to assert yourself. Explain clearly what you need and what you mean specifically. It does not hurt and definitely makes life easier!
4. A "Reset" is mandatory! Maintain a healthy timing - there are times when you should go into "offline" mode. Sometimes forget the world around you. Spend these moments relaxing and gathering new strength for the next challenges! Finally say goodbye to all the stress.
